Kicking Goals for Xav was established in memory of my dear cousin Xavier Krikori, who at 17 years of age lost his battle in January 2009, just 8 months after being diagnosed with an aggressive soft tissue cancer – Ewings Sarcoma.
Each year the Kicking Goals for Xav Foundation funds important research into detecting and treating Ewing sarcoma and this year is no different.
As part of my participation in the City2Surf, I’ve set a goal of $1000 to help raise funds to assist with the goal of making Sarcoma history.
