So i am back again in 2018 (my 5th year running for CBCF) to raise funds for the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation.
As all my friends are aware, my family lost my cousin Shan to brain cancer a few years ago. The great work by Dr Teo and his team helped us spend many more years with Shan, when it was thought impossible.
Brain cancer kills more children in Australia than any other disease. Brain cancer survival rates are very low, and have barely increased in the last 30 years. Despite this, brain cancer only receives a tiny fraction of cancer research funding.
What does your support mean?
