We are thrilled to be taking part in the Sun-Herald City2Surf this year, in support of Youngcare. We’ll be running alongside David Campbell, Sylvia Jeffreys and a small team of fantastic Youngcare supporters whilst all raising much needed funds to assist young Australians with high care needs. Currently, there are 12,000 young people being left behind in aged care, hospital rooms, rehabilitation centres – institutionalised accommodation – simply because there is nowhere else for them to go. We are inspired by the work of Youngcare and we too want to help see every young Australian to live with independence, choice and dignity.
