I've created this page because I want to make a difference.
Stillbirth and miscarriage is still a taboo subject however most of us have had some experience with it.
I myself have had a very heartbreaking experience.
In 2015 at 23 weeks pregnant I lost twin girls Holly Alana Thompson and Heidi Elizabeth Thompson. They were so very wanted and so very loved.
Not a day goes by that I dont think of them and what they may have been like- their smiles, their twinkling eyes, their laughter and even their cries. The hardest part is wondering what may have been. I am so very lucky to have my other beautiful daughter Gabby and in her I can see my girls light shine through.
We can never move on from loss all we can do is move forward and so I have discovered in myself a strength and determination to help others so that they may never have to experience the same.
I'm inspired by the work of Stillbirth Foundation Australia Trust and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in The 2018 Sun-Herald City2Surf. Please help me help them by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. The more people that know about Stillbirth Foundation Australia Trust, the greater their impact and the greater the changes in peoples lives we can make. So please also spread the word by sharing my page with friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
For my living angel Gabby and for my heaven angels Holly and Heidi 24/11/15.
